Mini Cards and Mini Purse Card Holder

We are presently in Chandler, OK....I know.....not very far from OKC but my husband wants to attend the Oklahoma District Royal Ranger Pow Wow and the camp is not far from here....so what do I do in my spare time....Craft of course.

Butterfly Card

Since we have been site seeing for a few days  (you can view at http://ggsreflections.blogspot.com/), I haven't crafted too much but I did make this butterfly card the other night.  I used the Cricuit Ashlyn's Alphabet cartridge for the butterfly and Lacey Labels Lite cartridge for the circle.

The patterned background paper is from DCWV Glitter Sweet Matstack, the solid background is from The Paper Studio Pearlized Cardstock and the butterfly and lacey circle are cut from Bazzill Basics Paper Dotted Swiss. I also used The Paper Studio Gemstones Purple Assortment, and stickles.

Memorial Day

I am  proud  to say we are retired military.  My husband spent 20+ years in the military and mostly in the Infantry.  Even before I married, my parents had a special place in their hearts for military personnel.  Now, we are so proud of our son-in-law and family.  My daughter has a special blog today.  You can view at the following link.  http://belovedsbride.blogspot.com/.

Oklahoma City - Tinker AFB FamCamp - May 24 storm

I just updated my travel blog.  So thankful to be ok after the severe storms that passed through Oklahoma City area.  I know My Pink Stamper lives near here and pray her family is ok.  You can view a few pictures on my travel blog...nothing severe...Thank the Lord.
