A client ask me to come up with a design for a bib and diaper burp cloth that would be similar to a damask fleur-de-lis design. The colors were to be Robin's Egg Blue and Black. There were a few designs to pick from but none were really a match to a picture of the design being used for the nursery, nor where I could use those colors. In my searching through my stash of designs (of which I have thousands) I found this sweet little flower fleur-de-lis design, or at least that is what I called it. Here is a picture of the final stitch outs. It is not the traditional pink colors for a little girl, but I like the look. I think it turned out nicely and with a little formal or sophistication flare.

Embroidered Totes
I rarely do any embroidery for myself but I've been wanting to monogram on a duffel bag and small matching tote. I thought now would be a good time since we are going on a short weekend trip to Disney. The duffel bag is on wheels and just big enough for weekend clothes. The small tote will be good because it is roomy for camera and other necessary items and because it has an outside pocket for a water bottle.
I love the damask design. The picture may be small and the design busy, but I love the momogramed color "Sugar Beet".
OK!! Disney.....here we come.....celebrating two sweet boys birthdays.

Embroidery for Valentine
Valentine Bibs
A client ask for some Valentine bibs. There were so many designs to pick from, but these are the ones I choose. Since she didn't specify exactly what she wanted, I hope she likes these. I thought these designs would wash well because they are not too dense of a design.
Embroidery Day
It seems like it always happens that when I am to have a short week at home, I start getting embroidery orders.....oh....I'm not complaining, just an observation.
Yesterday evening a client text me about some embroidery she needed and was to see me today, so I waited.
Today I received an email about two other orders....yea...a few extra dollars coming my way.
I really didn't get much accomplished today because I was searching my computer for a particular design that was requested. I searched most of the day while stitching out the other requested items. I finally found the design. I had downloaded the design from Embroidery Library. Thank goodness they keep a history of the designs I have downloaded from them.....so now the order is complete.
True to form.....I received a facebook msg for another order....yea....but I only have until Wednesday.

For Baby
A client ask me to embroider a blanket for her grandchild. The baby is not here yet but they know it is a girl. I thought I would add a little something to the order. I love using the Lacy Girl font (can't remember the digitizers name) and Monogram Wizard's Party Time font, so I put it on a diaper longways to use as a burp cloth.
Now I guess I should try to make a card to go along with it.

Embroidery Projects
Machine Embroidery
GG's Threadables
I have a PR600IIc Brother embroidery machine and a PR600 with an upgrade making it a PR620. The PR620 allows me to embroider on a cylinder. I have used it a few times and I would like to try it on jean pant legs. So far I have not had time to try the many things my machine is capable of doing. But, since I am now retired, maybe I can find the time....ya think?
Here are a few projects I have completed.....some as gifts, and some for clients.
